We have a variety of natural amethyst mineral specimens available including chevron amethyst mineral specimens mined in Bahia, Brazil. These chevron amethyst specimens make nice mineral specimens just as they are, although they can also be used as lapidary rough to make unique carvings, cabochon gems, and spheres.

We have a very large selection of natural color spodumene crystals (kunxite mineral specimens) mined in Brazil, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Some of our kunzite crystals have gem-grade transparency, and we have them available in natural color hues of pink and yellow.

Our blue aventurine quartz rough is all lapidary grade. Due to its unique patterns and banding, each cabochon, carving or sphere made from this material is one-of-a-kind!

Our blue aventurine quartz specimens are a popular lapidary material, showing very attractive natural color blue patterns when polished or when wet.

Due to its relatively inexpensive price and beautiful color when wet, blue aventurine quartz has also been used as a decoration rock in fountains, aquariums, waterfalls and other indoor and outdoor landscape & design/decore projects.

Our selection of chrysoprase mineral specimens are gem grade chrysoprase that was mined in Brazil. Chrysoprase is natural color light green chalcedony. The color of our chrysoprase mineral specimens is completely natural - they are unheated and untreated.

Our chrysoprase rough specimens have fine cabochon grade consistency inside, and they would yield beautiful chrysoprase cabochons.

These lepidolite mica mineral specimens have a relatively thin flat shape like a book, and they have beautiful silvery lilac-purple natural color and range in size from 1-4 inches across.

Our naturally terminated quartz crystal specimens were mined in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Our reddish-purple corundum crystals show natural terminations and hexagonal form, and some have cabochon gem grade translucency.

Natural quartz crystals sometimes form with rutile crystals passing thru the quartz - this is known as rutilated quartz crystal.

When rutile inclusions are found within quartz crystal, the rutile can occur in a variety of natural colors depending on the chemistry and on any surface oxidation that may be present.

Tektites are thought to form when meteorites impact the earth's surface causing extreme heat.

We have genuine tektites collected in the tektite strewn fields of Libya (Libyan desert glass tektites) and the Australasian tektite strewn field (Indochinite tektites).
