Credit Card Purchases
If your order was paid for by credit card, you may
return any items in undamaged and unaltered condition
within 10 days of receipt for a full 100% credit towards any other items on our website, now or in the future, less any shipping charges. If you want a credit back to your credit card, then you will receive a full 100% refund to your same credit card, less any shipping charges.
To return an item (or to return a complete "lot" of items with special volume pricing), simply call us toll free at (877) 464-6377 within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days, all sales are final! When you call, we will give you a return authorization number so that we can issue a credit, and we will provide you with return shipping instructions. We cannot issue a credit for items returned without a return authorization! Any returned items must be received by us within 15 days of the return authorization date, or the return authorization will become void and the item will be considered as sold.
All returned merchandise must be sent back fully insured and properly packaged, with a copy of your receipt and your return authorization number. We are not responsible for postage on return items.
