This matrix specimen has over 60 carats of translucent alexandrite with some small semi-transparent areas! The alexandrite has mostly broken surfaces and some naturally terminated surfaces, with dark green color under daylight, and some areas exhibit natural reddish-purple hues near some edges when viewed with strong incandescent light.
